The gathering is expected to draw over 50,000 attendees. On July 5 and 6, BJP workers will conduct a sanitation blitz in Varanasi. The Varanasi Municipal Corporation runs a continual cleaning campaign, according to Mayor Ashok Tiwari, “but in light of the Prime Minister’s visit, we will run a special cleanliness campaign in the entire Kashi to take cleanliness to a new level.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s planned visit to Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar district on Friday had been canceled owing to severe rain, which has caused waterlogging at the event location. In an interesting development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has liked the famous juicy ‘kafal’ fruits of Uttarakhand. For this, he has written a letter of thanks to Chief Minister Dhami, saying that the divine seasonal fruit ‘Kafal’ is ingrained in the culture of Uttarakhand as well.

‘Kafal’ fruits were presented to Prime Minister Modi on behalf of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. After this, the Prime Minister, in his letter addressed to Chief Minister Dhami, said that juicy and divine seasonal fruits called Kafal’ sent from Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand, were received.

PM Modi said, our nature has given us more than one gift. Uttarakhand is very rich in this matter, where tubers, roots, fruits, and flowers with medicinal properties are found in abundance. ‘Kafal’ is one such fruit, whose medicinal properties are also mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts.
