Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding at Park Sheraton in Mahabalipuram near Chennai was a dreamy affair.
The couple ensured that details of their wedding did not leak, and kept everything else under wraps. Although it was a private affair with only family members and close friends.
In attendance, everyone from superstar Rajinikanth to Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi to Mani Ratnam, Sivakarthikeyan to Atlee, arrived at the wedding in style. Nayanthara’s close friend Katrina, who was invited to the wedding, however, couldn’t make it. She took to social media to wish the newlyweds.

Even as the couple tried to keep their wedding a private affair, ensuring not much information would leak to the media, it was widely reported that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal were invited to the wedding.
Now, Nayanthara and Katrina Kaif are good friends and are often seen spending time with each other, so it doesn’t come as a surprise. Nayanthara even appeared in Katrina Kaif’s Kay Beauty commercial, and since then, they have forged a close bond. They never miss a chance to wish each other on birthdays.
Though Katrina and Vicky couldn’t make it to the wedding, Katrina made sure to wish the newlyweds on their big day on Instagram.
Katrina Kaif shared a wedding picture of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan along with the words, “Sending you lots of love, congratulations (sic).”

VIGNESH SHIVAN AND NAYANTHARA’S WEDDING
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan got married in the presence of their family members and friends. The wedding was a star-studded event with the who’s who of Kollywood in attendance.
While Nayanthara is a celebrated actress, Vignesh Shivan is a director and lyricist. Together, they launched a production house called Rowdy Pictures. The two fell in love with each other during the shooting of Nanum Rowdy Dhaan in 2015. Since then, there has been no looking back. Now, Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara are all set to take their relationship to the next level.
