‘I killed 10 with my own hands,’ IDF reveals how a Hamas terrorist brags about killing Jews to parents on victim’s phone
A phone recording released by the Israel Defense Force (IDF) on X reveals the chilling conversation between a Hamas terrorist and his parents, in which he claims to have killed 10 Jews “with my own hands” and sends them photos of his victims.
The terrorist, whose name is not revealed, calls his parents from a phone he stole from a Jewish woman he murdered in Mefalsim, a kibbutz near the Gaza border. He tells them to check his WhatsApp message to “see all those” he slaughtered.
“Look how many I killed with my own hands! Your son killed Jews!” he says proudly.
He also tells his father that he killed the woman’s husband. “I killed 10 with my own hands! Dad, 10 with my own hands!” he repeats.
His parents seem to celebrate his actions, his father saying, “Oh my son, God bless you!” and his mother hoping for his safe return.
The terrorist refuses to go back home, saying, “There is no going back. It’s either death or victory.”
He urges his parents to open his message to “see the dead.” It is not clear what the images show or if his parents saw them.
IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari noted that the recording was initially presented to the UN Security Council.
On the other hand, Israeli officials strongly criticized UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Tuesday after he seemed to suggest that the root cause of the October 7 attack by the Hamas terror group on Israel was Israel’s continued control of Palestinian territories.
The Israeli Ambassador to the UN called for Guterres to resign, stating, “It is important to also recognize the attacks by Hamas did not happen in a vacuum,” during a UN Security Council meeting on the Israel-Hamas war.
The war between Israel and Hamas started on Oct. 7 and has claimed more than 5,000 lives in Gaza, according to the UN. More than 60% of the fatalities are women and children.
More than 15,000 people have been wounded and 212 are being held hostage by Hamas.
