Actress and Model Kristna Saikia says “I feel liberated, pure and dark in Nude”
Actress and Model Kristna Saikia is working on her 3 books which are unique genres from each other. She is a very well-known Fine Art Nude Model from India.
She also conducts workshops on Fine Art Nudes for Photographers, Models, and Actresses often. One of her books named, ‘I am the Princess in Nude ‘ is about her journey and experience of being a Fine art nude model.
In Kristna’s words, It’s based on the whole experience of creating fine art nude portraits and the art of capturing cinematic shots aesthetically as well as beautiful poses.
The ability to live life from the state of liberation of mind and body. Fine art nude is soft, gentle, and at the same time provocative. It’s also about the lines and shapes of the body in the nude.
My book will open a new door for readers to be more comfortable with their minds and body. I know I am beautiful and magnetic, so I am comfortable with my femininity and sensuality. The book will have lots of information about connecting with the energy body first and allowing the energy to flow freely and then expressing via your physical body with ease in the nude.

The concept of lighting, shadows, conceptualizing, and creativity is well defined in the book by me. The book will have a lot of beautiful posses of mine in nudes shot by various photographers from different parts of the globe. The book is a journey in itself.
How will the book help people who are not from the showbiz business or are not an artist of any genre?
Our body is a metaphysical process and there are many aspects as we express and emote. Our spirit has no boundaries, it loves to be free whereas the human mind is a prison. Most people have sexual oppression and maybe go through abuse, they close themselves, create a self-defense mechanism. In that case, through my book, the readers can realize how to forgive themselves and appreciate their bodies more.
Nudity is a celebration of liberation, appreciation, and humanity. It’s not about body shaming if one is fat or too thin. Beauty is healthy and is the depth of spirit and humanity that comes in different shapes and sizes.
How do you prepare yourself prior to shooting in your nude body?
I do practice meditation and yoga in the nude at times regularly. It makes the energy flow more freely. I remain in a thoughtless state prior to the shoot. I only take interest in the creativity, conceptualization, and lightning during the shoot.
Again shooting outdoor and indoor can be a very different experience. Shooting outdoor at times can be very challenging as we always try to find isolated locations with the photographers to shoot peacefully. I enjoy more shooting outdoor as I feel one with nature and in solitude. The breeze, earth, or water makes me one with the spirit of the cosmos, free, pure as I peel away my clothes, I don’t feel I am in a nude body. It just feels natural and orgasmic to be nude and one with nature’s touch.
What is meaningful Art?
It’s not about having the best and expensive lenses and cameras to take the best shot or do good photography. A good photographer can do good photography. Of course, advanced camera equipment does help in creating some good clarity and evolved technical dimensions to the image but it’s important to also keep it organic.
The best picture or motion picture comes out when you shoot in the nude body when there is a collaboration between the photographer, the film director, and the cameraman. A nude art Model is not a doll but there is a real human connection and intimacy.
The photographer has to know to capture that essence of underlying emotions beneath the human skin. Shooting for motion pictures requires a very different imagination and technical skill, whenever any scene is required to be shot in the nude body of the actor without being distracted from the main storyline of the project. Nudity is not over-sexualizing. It’s about an absolute truth the character portrays as it is.
I love artistic erotica which has mystery and innocence to the character yet dark.
We work seriously as it’s a sensitive and passionate art form. It’s more of a transcendental state. Being in the nude state creates a space to leave our thoughts behind and appreciate who we truly are.
The other two books of Kristna is named as ‘I am a Billion Dollar Star ‘– feel wealthy which is getting ready to get published now and another book name is ‘Royal Paradise’
I am a Billion Dollar Star, the book is about living life in an abundant state in all areas of life. Royal Paradise is a book based on child bullying and child abuse. The book will be part of a film project in the near future which will be produced by Kristna and it will be a Horror and magical genre where Kristna will be playing the lead role of a Dark Witch.
Kristna Saikia will be in films, named, XYYX- A gender bender experience in the lead role, Cafe in the Void, and Capone’s Kidd which will be produced by Filmmaker John Luksetich from GO NUTS FILMS in Los Angeles. The process of development is going on now.
Kristna will also be seen in Emmy Awarded producer and Hollywood actor David Lockhart’s film Lockhart 2. She likes to play versatile roles and as an actor, she feels she can look within to meet her own shadow self.
There are more films in the closet which will be revealed soon by the production houses where Kristna will be playing major roles.
