65th Grammy Awards Fashion Highlights
Cardi B wears a gown by Indian designer Gaurav Gupta
Cardi B, alongside Offset, arrived on the Grammys red carpet dressed in a stunning cobalt blue gown by designer Gaurav Gupta. While Cardi has worn a creation by the designer before in one of her music videos, this was her first time representing him on the Grammy Awards red carpet. Cardi chose a couture gown featuring Gupta’s signature shimmering sequin embellishments and architectural cascades forming a headdress, exaggerated shoulder coverings, and highlighting her waist.
The gown also comes with a long train, plunging neckline, cut-out on the waist, and a bodycon silhouette. Dangling diamond earrings, statement rings, bracelets, high heels, side-parted sleek hair, doughnut-glazed nude lips, bold eye makeup, and glowing skin rounded it off.
Harry Styles goes shirtless
Though Harry Styles may have changed into a sleek white tuxedo to receive his Best Pop Vocal Album award, the As It Was singer walked the red carpet shirtless in a shimmering sequinned overall. Harry’s sleeveless outfit featured multi-coloured embellishments and showed off the tattoos on his arms and torso. Lastly, Harry rounded it off with a messy hairdo, a sleek gold chain, several gold rings, gold-painted nails, and white-heeled boots.
Taylor Swift’s midnight blue gown
Taylor Swift made the whole place shimmer in midnight blue on the Grammys red carpet. The Lavender Haze singer chose a coordinated cropped blouse and bodycon skirt decorated in shimmering sequin embellishments. While the midnight blue top features full-length sleeves, structured shoulder pads, a midriff-baring hem and a fitted bust, the skirt has a figure-hugging fit and a floor-sweeping train. Matching hexagonal earrings, statement rings, bold red lips, shimmering eye makeup, and a messy hairdo rounded it all off.
Doja Cat in garbage bag dress
Doja Cat made a fierce appearance on the 65th Grammys red carpet in a black garbage bag dress featuring a one-shoulder neckline, cinched waist, a long train, a figure-hugging silhouette and Opera gloves. She chose dramatic hoop earrings, grey lip shade, winged eyeliner, subtle smoky eye shadow, rouged glowing skin, and a short hairdo for the red-carpet moment.
Lizzo carries the whole garden in her gown
Lizzo stole the show at the 65th Grammy Awards as she arrived in an orange gown and jacket by Dolce and Gabbana. Her ensemble features a corset gown with structured boning, embellished bodice, décolletage-revealing neckline, and a figure-hugging skirt.
A floor-sweeping larger-than-life jacket adorned with floral applique work, finger-cut opera gloves, high heels, rose-shaped rings, dangling diamond earrings, fake lashes, orange eye shadow, glowing skin, and open curly hairdo decorated with a rose rounded it all off.
