In one of her social media posts, the 52-year-old can be seen running around her private garden and working up more sweat with the help of kettlebell swings and performing amazing pushups. From oatmeal, whole grains, sweet potatoes, quinoa, a good breakfast for her contains a healthy dose of goodness.
