Delhi: Now, travel from home to office and back on ‘All-in-One’ ticket
Commuters will be able to travel from home to their workplace and back on up to four modes of transportation in Delhi with a single ticket.
The trial runs of a single ticket platform — allowing journeys on auto rickshaws, taxis, buses and the Delhi Metro on a single ticket— went live, providing the service throughout the city on Wednesday and will expand further over the coming days.
The service, which allows commuters to purchase a single ticket to travel on, for instance, an auto which will pick them up from their doorstep and drop them at a bus stop or metro station for the next leg of their journey aboard a bus or train — is a joint venture between Tummoc and the Delhi government.
“The app, which went live on Wednesday, enables commuters to book their journeys on four modes of transport; the same ticket will get activated and allow point A to B journeys across the city,” a senior government official said.
Announcing the initiative, Delhi Transport Secretary-cum-Commissioner Ashish Kundra, in a post on X, said, “Integrating first mile (home to metro station / bus stop ) and last mile from metro station and bus stop. Single ticket for a single journey . Delhi transport goes digital. Urging all users to give it a try…”

A senior government official said the partnership between the transport department and Tummoc, which provides similar services in other Indian cities, came in the wake of a hackathon, where several such entities had competed last year.
While the platform has been integrated with the fleet of all public-run buses and the Delhi Metro, it is being integrated with app-based transportation service providers to continually add more autos and taxis to its pool.
On Tuesday, the ‘Namma Yatri’ app, which is part of the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and allows the booking of rides aboard autos plying in Delhi, had been launched.
