Comedian Raju Srivastava suffers heart attack while working out in gym, rushed to hospital
Famous comedian Raju Srivastava suffered a heart attack while working out at the gym of a hotel in New Delhi. After experiencing chest pain, Raju fell from his treadmill, and he was soon rushed to AIMS hospital.
Reportedly, Raju was in Delhi for a week, to meet his friends. As per the report of Aaj Tak Hindi, Raju was about to meet a few political personalities later in the evening, thus he decided to spend the day in the hotel. Raju went for his regular workout routine, and while running on the treadmill, Raju suddenly experienced chest pain. Due to the pain, he fell off the machine.
Then, he was quickly taken to AIMS hospital. His PRO Ajit and brother have confirmed that the comedian suffered from an attack. Ajit has confirmed to the portal that Raju’s pulse is back, and he is responding positively to the treatment. He further assured his fans about the comedian’s well-being and requested not to panic, and to pray for their favourite comedian. Fans of Raju have expressed their concern over the internet. Sunil Pal, another stand-up comedian, has shared an update on his health of Raju and posted a video assuring that their comedian is fine, and he needs their wishes.
The famous comedian has been in the film industry since the late 80s. He starred in films like Maine Pyar Kiya, Baazigar, Journey Bombay to Goa, Big Brother, and other flicks. However, he earned nationwide popularity after participating in the stand-up comedian show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge with Sunil Pal and other comedians.
