Sit in a meditative pose with eyes closed.
Relax and keep your back straight.
Concentrate on your breathing.
Slowly and gradually pull (contract) the muscles of your anus and lower abdominal up.
Now slowly relax the muscles.
Repeat this 100 times in two sets.
2. Padmasana or Lotus Pose
Sit on the floor in a meditative pose with eyes closed and spine erect.
Make sure that both the legs are crossed, and the feet are placed on the opposite thighs.
Your hands should be placed on the knees in mudra position.
Hold this position and breathe in and out.
3. Pranayama– Anulom Vilom
Sit in Padmasana.
Using your right thumb close the right nostril.
Breathe deep from the left nostril until your lungs are full.
Do this as slowly as you can (2 seconds and go up to 20 seconds).
Now release the thumb.
Repeat the same on the left nostril with your ring finger.
Repeat 20 rounds in one sitting.
